Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and develop a team of Finance staff to ensure timeless, completeness, accuracy in respect of month end closing, preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements and analysis as well as financial reports
• Recommend/formulate Finance policies, procedures and internal control, ensuring compliance to both statutory and organization requirements
• Lead the overall coordination for all internal and external audits; liaise with the auditors and tax consultant for all the group and regulatory requirements
• Enhance Finance ERP system and make continuous improvement on financial reporting systems for better efficiency and accuracy
• Ad hoc reports as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline gained from recognized professional bodies
• All rounded qualified accountant with at least 12 years’ experience in auditing and/or accounting; of which at least 5 years should be in managerial positions
• Experience in hospital/health care related industry and Oracle Finance is preferred
• Excellent leadership, problem solving and communication skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office application and general accounting system

Compensation and Employment Terms
