• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance, member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years' accounting experience, preferably in sizable companies 
• Knowledge in Estate Management and Logistics Industry is a definite advantage
• To supervise an accounting team for all aspects including financial accounting, gate charge and carpark operation
• To oversee the accounting duties including daily collection, treasury and payment, financial statements & reports, forecast & budget and tax computation
• Proficient in using MS Office, knowledge in Oracle system preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Accountant
