Responsibilities:

• Data entry and report writing
• Desktop research and simple analysis of financial statements
• Assist in admin work and customer service

Requirements:

• Holders of Business certificate/ diploma/ undergraduate in Translation, Language, Accounting, Business, History and Literature
• Accurate typing in English, Chinese and financial figures
• Knowledge in MS office, Chinese processing and internet applications 
• Basic finance & business knowledge is preferred
• Japanese knowledge (written) is preferred
• Detail-oriented and well organized
• Responsible, detail-minded & discipline
• Putonghua is an advantage
• Immediate available is preferred
• On-the-job training will be provided
