Accounting Clerk / Senior Accounting Clerk

Job Description:

Responsible for data entry, prepare vouchers, filing, clerical work, day-to-day accounting functions and ad-hoc tasks.

• Assist in handling full set of accounts and monthly schedules
• Assist in month end closing
• Handle bank reconciliation and staff reimbursement
• Provide ad-hoc reports and reconciliation when required

Qualificatons:

• Form 5 or above
• LCCI Level II or above
• 1-3 years accounting experiences
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk

Requirements:

• Proficient in Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge in MYOB accounting software is preferable
• Mature, self-motivated and independent
• Hard working and willing to learn
