Responsibilities:

• Perform transaction processing, accounts receivable, revenue collection, bank deposits, etc.
• Prepare receivable journal entries and accounting schedules
• Support in preparation of monthly AR reporting
• Handle general filing and administration work of Finance Department
• Assist in ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year's accounts receivable experience. Candidates with background of retail and F&B industry together with knowledge in accounting system would be a definite advantage
• Be able to attend to details with good communication skills
• Self-motivated, independent and enjoy to work in fast-paced business environment
• Hands on experience in MS Office, in particular Excel
• Immediately available is highly preferable
• Fresh Graduates are welcome
