YOUR ROLE

The key objective for this position is to provide professional and dedicated support to ensure the accurary and well management of the accounting entries and management reports.

YOUR TEAM

You will report to Finance Controller, Hong Kong and will be in close touch with all other team members for work-related issues. You will collaborate with oversea offices and work closely with our outsourced service partner for accounting transaction and entries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Assist in month-end closing process, including preparation of accounting journal entries

•Assist in monthly preparation of management reports

•Handling Intercompany transactions with overseas offices

•Assist in other accounting related and ad-hoc assignments

•Liaise and establish a good working relationship with external & internal business partners

TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE YOU SHOULD HAVE

•Associate Degree or above in Accounting or related discipline

•2 years relevant working experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree will also be considered.

•Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

•Proficiency in MS-Office applications such as MS Excel and Word.

•Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX and Hyperion/HFM would be an added advantage
