Our client is a mainboard listed financial institution with SFC Type 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 & 9 business licenses.   Currently she is sincerely seeking for a high calibre candidate to fulfil the following post:

Internal Auditor

(IT)

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Department Head and responsible for yearly IT audits
• Monitor the quality of audit up to standard and statutory requirements
• Prepare audit reports, present investigation findings and provide recommendations/ possible solutions
• Identify irregularities and/or errors in audit review process, ensure the corrective actions are followed through
• Collaborate with team members to complete assignments efficiently and effectively according to the audit plan
• Design and regularly review audit standard, prepare policy, procedures and manual in accordance with internal and external regulatory requirement
• Handle related Ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate in Accounting, Finance or equivalent disciplines
• CPA qualification with certification of CISA/CISSP/CISM highly preferred
• At least 3 to 5 years of IT Audit experience, with Big4 training and hands on experience in non-bank financial Institutions
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Computer proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
