Our client is a wholly owned subsidiary of a PRC based company listed in HK mainboard which operates in the energy and natural resources and commodities sectors.  She is currently seeking for a high calibre candidate to fulfil the following post:

Finance - Vice President

(Stationed in SE Asia)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for finance and accounting activities for projects in SE Asia, mainly in Indonesia
• Prepare, execute and monitor business plan/ forecasting and budgets/ financial control and management
• Manage all treasury, accounting, taxation and internal control issues
• Maintain proper accounting systems to meet the requirements of the local licensing authorities and the taxation department etc.
• Make sure all the budgets/ financial analysis and reports of the business activities are prepared efficiently and accurately in accordance with all internal and external requirements, including those of BPMIGAS and the joint operating agreement
• Manage the financial audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent discipline
• CPA qualification
• Minimum 10 years' related working experience, with exposure to energy and natural gas industry covering exploration, development and production operations will be definitely advantages
• Familiar with corporate finance and financial management
• Sound interpersonal, communication and management skills
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, including Mandarin
