Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting operations, including data entry and voucher preparation
• Handle Accounts Payable functions, including preparation of cheque & T/T payments, staff reimbursement etc.
• Handle bank reconciliation and reconcile inter-company balance on month end closing
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, accounting schedules and annual audit
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
• At least 3 years solid accounting experience, preferably with full set of accounts experience
• Proficient in Peachtree and MS office, especially Excel (e.g. vlookup and pivot table)
• Responsible, independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, good team player & can work under pressure
• Immediate available is highly preferred
