Responsibilities:

•     Handle cheque payment and related matters
•     able to handle full set of account for small sized companies is highly prefer but not essential
•     Assist in month end closing
•     Perform general clerical and administrative work, such as filing and data entry
•     Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

•     Diploma or above in Accounting, fresh graduate will also be considered
•     1-2 years' experience with knowledge in accounting/audit is preferred,
•     Proficiency in MS Word, Excel (functions & pivot table), Chinese word processing
•     Hardworking and able to work independently
•     Responsible, detail-minded and self-motivated
•     Immediately available is highly preferred
