Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the daily accounting, HR and office operations
• Handle full set of accounts
• Meet corporate month end closing requirement in ERP and group reporting system on a timely basis
• Bank reconciliations and monitor the cash flow movements
• Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliation
• Prepare budgeting and other financial reports
• Preparation of monthly payroll
• Key contact to manage Hong Kong office administrative works
• Monitor and follow up accounts receivables collection in a timely manner
• Prepare cash, cheque and online bank payments when fall due with proper authorization
• ad hoc assignments

Requirements: 

• University graduate with a degree preferably in Accounting or a related discipline
• Experience in MNC working environment
• Qualified member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent highly preferred
• Knowledge of Preachtree or other accounting software is a plus
• 5 years of experience in auditing and accounting
• Solid skills in MS office applications especially Excel
• Independent, good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to meet deadlines
• Good command of written and verbal English and Cantonese
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Accountant
• Immediately available is preferred
