Responsibilities:

The incumbent will assist the Finance Manager in daily accounting functions and trading operations including the following duties: 

• Perform daily accounting functions, data entry and maintain full sets of accounts
• Responsible for month-end closings, reconciliation of inter-company transaction, bank reconciliation and preparation of audit schedules
• Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements of the Group
• Assist in the preparation of trade contracts, invoicing and shipping documents
• Prepare banking documents including LC etc. and liaise with banks and subsidiaries' finance team
• Co-ordinate and work with colleagues in HK and PRC
• Responsible for bank transactions and other clerical duties
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

 Requirements: 

• Diploma holder or above with LCCI book-keeping III level or above.
• 5 years or above relevant experience in accounting functions.
• Hands-on experience in handling full set of accounts. Knowledge of shipping documents an advantage.
• Excellent communication in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with Putonghua is a must.
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
• Proactive team player with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Position is based in Hong Kong, travel to PRC if necessary.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and  MYOB.
• Willing to work overtime when necessary.
• Salary: around HK$20,000/month
