ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE:

As an Accounting Associate your role is to perform daily accounting functions and utilize your accounts receivable experience while, maintaining our world class service experience. This role will be required to interact with staff and clients and possibly make recommendations to improve quality of invoicing and collection procedures. You may be required to assist in various ad hoc projects or assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Report to Accounting Manager in HK head office
• Lead the operations of accounting teams in Dongguan factory
• Handle full sets of manufacturing accounts and daily accounting operation, costing, and monitor cash flow
• Supervise the daily financial operation, taxation issues, cost control and budgeting
• Assist in collecting data and summarizing date for managements reports
• Drive continuous improvement in accounting operations
• Ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements: 

• Degree holder majoring in Accounting/ Finance or above
• Minimum 5 years relevant accounting experience in PRC manufacturing industry which at least 2 years in supervisory level
• Good knowledge in PRC Tax, Custom and Accounting practices
• Proficient in MYOB accounting software and ERP knowledge is essential
• Proficiency in PC skills, MS office, Excel, Word and Chinese typing
• Self- motivated, strong sense of responsibility and attentive to detail is essential
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Station in Guangdong province in working days
• Immediate available is preferable
