The Kelly Partners Hong Kong office provides the finance and accounting functions to the Kelly Partners Group in Australia, and there is now an opportunity for a Accountant to join the business.

Responsibilities:

• Provide core accounting and finance functions to accounting businesses that are part of the Kelly+Partners Group
• Report to the Finance Manager of Kelly Partners Hong Kong
• Preparation of supplier payments
• Preparation of cashflow reports
• Preparation of monthly management accounts, including reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
• Management of month end processes including posting accounting entries and ensure timely closure of the accounting period
• Consolidation of accounts, including preparation of statutory accounts and management of half yearly and yearly audits
• Preparation and management of annual budgets
• Liaise with business managers and client directors from various offices

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in accounting
• Studying towards a professional accounting qualification
• >3 years’ experience with >2 years managerial experience
• Strong organisational and managerial skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to providing exceptional service
• Independent, motivated, proactive and willing to learn with good interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Cantonese.
