Responsibilities

• Formulates, assesses, evaluates, improves and executes the sustainable strategy for the investments
• Prepares forecast and budget for the investments
• Performs director and shareholder’s representative duties for assigned projects, e.g. project approval submission, leads project negotiation
• Proactively identifies and manages opportunities and risks, whilst maximises profitability
• Analyses market situation and government policies
• Maintains a great relationship with all stakeholders of the investments
• Ensures excellent client delivery are performed in accordance with corporate policy and governance whilst also enabling their career development
• Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an university in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline
• CPA / CFA qualification is a must
• Minimum of 15 to 20 years’ relevant working experience, experience in project management, finance, insurance etc
• Insurance background is a MUST
• Expert knowledge in financial analysis, financial modelling and computer skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, communication and people skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
