Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in compiling user requirements and perform user acceptance test for life business;
• Assist in month-end closing and review accounts reconciliation;
• Prepare management reports;
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

• University graduate majoring in Accounting or Finance;
• Member of HKICPA or equivalent professional accountancy bodies;
• 8 years’ work experiences in accounting of which 3 years at supervisory level;
• Relevant experience in insurance company is an advantage;
• With basic understanding on HKFRS 17 Insurance Contracts and HKFRS 9 Financial Instruments is preferred;
• High capabilities in working under pressure to meet tight deadline;
• Good problem solving skills and analytical mind;
• Good communication skills with subordinates, peers and external parties;
• Excellent PC skills including SunAccount system, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

* Candidate with less experience will be considered as “Senior Accountant”.
