Job Description:
We are a dynamic high-growth branding and software services company working in the global retail, apparel & footwear supply chain, with expanding operations in Asia, Americas, EU & Africa.  We are now looking for a high-caliber candidate to join our management team as Regional Financial Controller.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the regional Finance team based in Hong Kong overseeing the functions of AR, AP, Treasury, consolidated financial statements, reporting and analysis.
• Monitor performance of the regional BUs and provide proactive, independent, commercial and practical advice to drive for continuous improvement.
• Lead monthly closing and annual budgeting process in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure that all business units are compliant with Group finance, internal control policies, and local regulatory requirements. Liaise with banks, regulators and auditors.
• Lead, coach and motivate members of the regional Finance team, and set and drive clear objectives and development plans.

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.  CPA or CIMA qualified is a distinct advantage
• Minimum 8 years of financial management experience, with a strong focus on business planning & analysis, budgeting, and management reporting.
• Ability to act as a financial business partner to senior management, with a strong commercial outlook.
• Direct experience in China, Vietnam and other regional operations is an advantage.
• Excellent people management skills able to lead and motivate your team.
• Mature, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, independent, detail-oriented and well-organized.
