Role and Responsibilities

This position is for a self-motivated individual who will join a young and dynamic team to:

• Handle full set of financial statements and group consolidation
• Responsible for day to day accounting functions, including incomes, payments, inter-company controls and transactions
• Support month-end closing process and prepare financial analysis;
• Manage and improve the accounting workflow and payment cycles of our medical network; support business process re-engineering as and when required
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure records are in compliance with company & legal requirement.
• Assist management in preparing periodic financial and management reporting, budgeting and forecast
• Liaise with auditors and other professionals regarding audit, tax and banking matters
• Assist in company secretarial matters
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required by management

Requirements

• Functional experience: >5 years of experience in accounting and finance,  preferably in medical and healthcare industry
• Education: Degree in accounting/ finance with CPA qualification preferable
• Technology experience: Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting system (MYOB)
• Hands-on experience in daily operations is preferable
• Mature, well organized and good team player
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Remuneration will be commensurate with experience
