Responsibilities:

-Handle and review full set of accounts for both external & internal accounts independently
-Monitoring daily operations including book-keeping for daily transactions, data input, prepare vouchers and schedules, reconciliation of accounts and general routine accounting function, etc
-Responsible for financial year end closing of both internal company and external clients
-Maintain & Review a proper filing system
-Coordinate between external auditor and client
-To handle payroll & MPF
-Experience in Tax Administration & Tax Planning
-Direct reporting to Department Head

Requirements:
-Qualified Certified Public Accountants with major degree in Accounting
-At least 7 to 8 years' experience in accounting and auditing
-Proficiency in MS Office
-Knowledge in Peachtree accounting system & Xero is a must.
-Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
-Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibilities and able to work independently
