Responsibilities:

• Monitor cash flow, client money, FRR and other regulatory requirements under the SFO and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and Group policies;
• Handle full set of accounts;
• Overview of daily treasury function;
• Liaise with auditors on accounting and taxation issues;
• Perform filing and general administrative tasks; and
• Perform ad hoc assignments of financial reporting function.

Job Requirements :

• Diploma or above in Accounting or equivalent qualification;
• Minimum of 3 years relevant working experiences in securities firms and FRR preparation is a must;
• Familiar with MYOB accounting system software is an advantage;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Reliable, attentive to details and well-organised;
• Able to work independently; 
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin; and
• Candidates with more experience and higher qualification would be considered as Assistant Accounting Manager.
