Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for :

Responsibilities

• HandleAccount Receivable Data Entries;
• Monitor AR collection status;
• Preparing Monthly GL Accounting entries and day-to-day accounting relates duties;
• Preparing relevant accounting schedule & bank reconciliation;
• Assist Month end closing report preparation;
• Assist in statutory audit;
• Supporting all department matters;
• Assisting in ad-hoc duties;

Qualifications & Requirements:

• LCCI level 3 or diploma in accounting;
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word;
• At least 3 years accounting experience;
• Experience in MYOB / retail industry is an advantage;
• Responsible, detail-minded with good communication skills;
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk.
