RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Providing counseling on policies and procedures
• Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher Diploma holder in HR or related discipline
• 3+ years solid HR experience from sizable organizations with stable job history
• A good team player, proactive, capable of multi-tasking
• Good knowledge in Employment, MPF and HR related Ordinances
• Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese
