Job Requirements

• Degree holder of Business Administration or related disciplines
• 7 years or above relevant experience, preferably in trading company
• Previous experience in monitoring full administration functions is required
• Well-organized, dynamics, self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in communication of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
• Conversant with computer skills in using Microsoft Office
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily smooth operation of office administration functions
• Perform all-rounded administration duties such as vendors’ management, office facilities management, office supplies procurement, renovation and expatriates administration
• Handle new application and renewal of insurance, contract and tenancy agreements
• Provide support on secretarial assistance, travel arrangement and hotel & flight booking
• Coordinate staff activities and company functions with internal and external parties
