Responsibilities:

• Handle internal and external correspondences and maintain proper documentation system

• Preparing media reports, meetings information and other related documents as required

• Assist in other ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Tertiary education or above

• Minimum 2 years’ working experiences in property, marketing and event management preferable

• Good command of both written & spoken in English and Chinese including Mandarin

• Computer skills including Word, Excel & Chinese typing

• Self-driven, customer focus, proactive and independent

• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

• Fresh graduate will be considered
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Officer (Marketing Dept)
