Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and monitoring project plans and schedules
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met in a timely manner .
• Providing administrative documenting support.
• Liaison with clients/designers/contractors

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Proficiency in written & spoken English & Mandarin.  
• Competency in MS OFFICE ( Knowledge of autocad / Photoshop is an advantage).   
• Detail-oriented ; Ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Outgoing, strong initiative and willing to learn
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Assistant.
