Job Description

• Maintain the CRM system by inputting, updating and generating data in a timely manner
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, engagement letters, sales and marketing reports, etc. to support the business development activities
• Conduct market research and data analysis to support the business development initiatives
• Co-ordinate any marketing events, sponsorship, marketing collaterals and materials, and other administrative tasks
• Secretarial support for internal meetings
• Take up ad-hoc tasks as required

Job Requirement

• Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or related fields
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a commercial environment or professional service firms. IANG applicant is welcomed
• Well versed in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Able to organise in a swift, methodical, meticulous and detailed manner
