Duties & Responsibilities:

• Based in Hong Kong, reporting to department head in Beijing, the incumbent acts as a conduit between the headquarters, stakeholders and service providers in Hong Kong and overseas;
• Assist Company Secretary department in preparing meetings documents, announcements and handle other listed company issues;
• Schedule and arrange international road show, local luncheons and networking meetings for investors to meet IR team or senior management;
• Organise company events and functions, including media briefing, investor presentation, celebration dinner; 
• Provide secretarial support to team members and senior management;
• May need to attend public or company functions outside regular office hours once a while. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sizable or state-owned enterprises, fresh graduate with masters degree will be considered;
• Degree holder in business, marketing, communications or related disciplines an advantage;
• Excellent written and spoken communication skill in Putonghua a must. Experience in living or studying in China an advantage;
• Proficient in computer PowerPoint, Word & Excel;
• Proactive, diligent, meticulous and result-oriented;
• Eager to learn and able to work independently and strategically.
