Job Descriptions:

• Provide support for full spectrum of human resources function including compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection and leave administration etc., for local and oversea staffs;
• Update and maintain HR database and employment records
• Assist company events and staff activities
• Manage travel arrangements including flights schedules, hotels and visa application
• Assist in all round office administration including but not limited to relocation, procurement of office equipment and office supplies, filing, office equipments maintenance, and stationeries and pantry’s supplies etc
• Follow up new staff on-boarding arrangement, probation evaluation;
• Handle Office Admin function as well; 
• Assist in any ad hoc projects and company events as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in business administration or related disciplines with at least 3 years experience in HR and Administration field;
• Possess good communication / multitasking skills and a can-do working attitude with strong business acumen and sense of responsibility;
• Familiar with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Exposure in MNC will be an advantage.
• Good command of Cantonese and English
• Strong knowledge with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF, Taxation and other HR related legislations is a MUST
• Candidate with more experience will be consider as Senior Human Resources Officer.
