Responsibilities:

• Front-desk, Telephone and Email receptions
• Handling of inquiries and enrollment
• Reception and handover of students
• Data entry, photocopying, filing and daily document preparation
• Provide administrative support to teacher
• Office admin. affairs and chores

Requirements :

• Form 5 graduated or above
• Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English
• Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English
• MS Word; MS Excel
• General Internet Knowledge and basic Computer Operation Knowledge
• Good communication skill and provide help timely

Employment Terms:

• $10,000 - $11,000 per month
• Mon to Fri: 10:00AM-7:00PM and Sat: 9:30AM-6:00PM
• 5.5 working days per week (half day off in one of the morning on weekday)
