You will create impact via…

• Be responsible for compensation & benefits functions including but not limited to payroll, commission & incentive calculation, MPF, HRIS administration and etc.
• Assist in annual exercise, inclusive of performance appraisal, annual salary review, bonus, taxation, etc.
• Manage and maintain Talent information and movement records in HRIS and compile HR related statistics and reports for management review
• Maintain personnel files and filing system
• Constantly review current internal work processes to improve work efficiency
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

The follow attributes will be valued…

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Management or relevant disciplines
• 1 years’ relevant HR experience in sizable companies or in services industry
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
• Good team player with commitment to quality work and tight schedule
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
