Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints (Mainly E-mail)
- Handling complaints from media and third parties
- Handling administrative tasks
- Prepare regular reports
- Communicate and liaise with internal parties to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business administration preferred
- Minimum 2 years of solid Customer Service Experience (experience in electronic industry is preferred)
- Good command of both spoken and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficient in PC knowledge in MS Office, Chinese word processing (Chongjie/Quick)
- Self-motivation, teamwork, strong communication and negotiation skills
- Being customer-focused, patient and positive thinking
- High emotional maturity and able to work under pressure
- Immediate available is preferred
