Responsibilities:

• Handling customer enquiries and complaints (Mainly E-mail)
• Handling complaints from media and third parties
• Handling administrative tasks
• Prepare regular reports
• Communicate and liaise with internal parties to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business administration preferred
• Minimum 2 years of solid Customer Service Experience (experience in electronic industry is preferred)
• Good command of both spoken and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in PC knowledge in MS Office, Chinese word processing (Chongjie/Quick)
• Self-motivation, teamwork, strong communication and negotiation skills
• Being customer-focused, patient and positive thinking
• High emotional maturity and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
