We are looking for an HR professional to join us.  Reporting to Senior Manager, Corporate Services, the successful incumbent will handle Compensation & Benefit matters, as well as other routine administrative duties of core HR functions.  Major responsibilities are listed but not limited as below:

Responsibilities:

• Handle full cycle of C&B matters, both routine & strategic;
• Participate actively in different HR projects;
• Provide administrative support to other core HR functions;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Possession of a Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant discipline;
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant C&B working experience gained from a sizable company;
• Experience in dealing with HR consulting firm a plus;
• Prior experience with a start-up or a company in growth mode a bonus;
• Ability to track and prioritize duties and work independently;
• Work Smart, Play Hard attitude, Optimistic & Out-going character;
• Excellent interpersonal & communications skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
