Responsibilities: 

• Handle the full spectrum of recruitment function and keep abreast of latest market trends to attract local talents, refine and assist to develop strategic plan;
• Explore and develop various effective recruitment channels to cope with business needs and development;
• Liaise with line manager and manage external recruitment vendors;
• Assist in reviewing and updating for the construction and execution of the Corporate System;
• Complete other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources , Business Administration or equivalent;
• At least 6 years working experience in recruitment, preferably with experience in sizable Chinese companies;
• Familiar with Employment Ordinance of HKSAR and PRC;
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint;
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, and strong tactful negotiation skills;
• Able to work independently with strong team work spirit
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
