Job Description
Job details:
- Handle incoming telephone calls in a good manner;
- Greet and serve visitors and guests;
- Provide general clerical support;
- Perform office administrative duties.
- Assist to director
- coordinate sales support
Requirement:
- F.5 graduate or above;
- Knowledge/experience in administration/clerical work would be an added advantage;
- Good command of English & Cantonese preferred;
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
- Self-motivated and responsible, work independently and under pressure; and
- Fresh graduation would be considered.
