Job Responsibilities

• Provide middle and back office support;

• Manage operational tasks such as application processing, information update, record maintenance, document preparation and letters issuance etc.

• Assist in client and business onboarding;

• Handle enquires from clients and relevant parties;

• Liaise with internal and external parties (partners, services providers etc. and

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications / Experience

• F. 5 or above
• IIQE Paper 1, 3 & MPF holder will be added value
• Good customer sevice skills
• Excellent written and spoken Chinese. 
• Good English and Mandarin will be an asset.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Candidates has more experiences will be consider as Operation Officer
• Fresh graduates are welcome
