SALES ADMINISTRATOR (FULL TIME)

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to work alongside our team in our busy and flower filled studio. A great opportunity for anyone interested in retail sales & operations in a fun and creative environment.

Daily Tasks:

• Customer service: following up on online orders, sending photos to clients, taking phone calls, organizing daily orders and deliveries. 
• Inputting Phone and Online orders into Point of Sale system.
• Processing all Corporate, Event and Wedding invoices.
• Preparing Monthly Sales and Stock reports for Management. 
• Maintaining Inventory List for Event Props. 
• General office administration. 
• Inventory: Inputting orders into system, stock transfers, stocktake, logistics. 
• Assisting with deliveries to local offices during busy periods.
• Petty Cash management. 

Experience & Attributes required:

• Minimum 1 year experience in similar role. 
• Highly organised with good attention to detail. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Cantonese and English. 

·      Strong computer skills and IT knowledge is a bonus

• Hardworking, friendly and flexible. 

Location: Wong Chuk Hang atelier
