Your Contribution & Key Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of administrative support to senior management in sales and operations for both online and offline
• Manage daily operations with suppliers
• Provide administrative support to connect with worldwide partners
• Assist in product management 
• Responsible for making of invoices and travel documents

Skills and requirements

• University graduate or above
• You should be a stable person with (i) eyes on details; and (ii)eagerness to learn and acquire new skills
• Passionate about travel
• Minimum 2 years of experience in support or administrative role
• Multilingual including English and Mandarin is desirable
• You will be expected to go through an intensive systematic training program
• Immediately available is an advantage
