JOB DUTIES:

• Direct report to Human Resources Manager
• Handle all-round human resources functions, including recruitment, on/off boarding arrangement, roster and payroll, taxation, compensation and benefit
• Prepare and analyze various HR reports
• Act as in-house HR expertise to handle and resolve HR related enquiries
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources or related disciplines
• With minimum 3 years solid relevant experience
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Law
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Work independent, detail-minded and self-motivated
• Positive working attitude
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC skills
• Immediate availability is preferable
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
