Requirements    

1. Provide administration support to Director, including documentation and projects’ activities
2. Arrange and coordinate meetings in liaison with different parties
3. Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Director and team
4. Assist Project Manager on project coordination / management
5. Assist in project control and reporting
6. Project scope defining, project planning, task scheduling, controlling and monitoring of project completion and progress reporting
7. Carry out data analysis and documentation
8. Collaborate with other team members to participate in product development

Knowledge/Skills:

1. Diploma or above, preferable in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Business Administration or related disciplines
2. Familiar with MS Office applications, Excel and Powerpoint
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Good command of written and speaking in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
5. A good team player with “Can do” attitude;
6. Immediate available is highly preferred
7. Fresh graduate will also be considered
