Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a full spectrum of Learning & Development function including design and delivery programs to meet the business objectives
• Coordinating with external consultancy on training & development events
• Prepare training materials and manual development
• Analyze, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs
• Derive initiatives that reinforce a learning and development culture
• Assist in administration duties related to training activities
• Handle ad-hoc learning & development projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in human resources management or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ experience in learning and development functions, preferably in retail industry
• Strong passion in training and people development
• Strong knowledge in program design
• Proactive, result-driven and service oriented 
• High adaptability with capability to work in diversity and under stress
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese  
• Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is preferred
