Job Description
- F.5 or above
- HKCEE / HKDSE 5 subject passes
- Working experience in providing customer services or venue management
- Good computer knowledge/ communication skill/ both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Relevant working experience would be preferred
- Attain typing speed of both English and Chinese 35 wpm
- To handle and answer basic booking enquiries
- To receive and check all returned confirmed booking forms
- To manage the terminal of Civic Centre Management System
- To assist supervisors to prepare the approval minutes
- To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers

Tuen Muen/ Central/ any location as requested
