Job Description

The OPPORTUNITY

  • Project ownership that you have autonomy to plan, design and implement T&D programs at group level
  • Working in dynamic and interactive cross-function project teams and directly with business unit heads
  • Engage in an open-minded company which embraces innovation and work-life balance         

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create a platform to enable organizational learning and knowledge management
  • Manage full spectrum of people development initiatives through strategic planning, e.g. programs/projects/e-learning platform
  • Nurture a pool of high-quality internal trainers
  • Design creative T&D solutions, including the use of technology and gamification
  • Adopt data analysis approach to manage the training effectiveness for benchmarking
  • Monitor the developmental progress and performance of the talents, arrange appropriate T&D opportunities to pave for their career advancement
  • Empower and develop local T&D teams by providing advice and guidance
  • Support business events, such as conferences, cross-function and ad-hoc projects
  • Travel to other locations (Asia and/or China) occasionally

REQUIREMENTS

Attributes & Competence

  • Hands-on and able to work independently
  • Tactful and mature in dealing with different stakeholders across the organization, including business unit heads and headquarter professionals
  • Digitally savvy and enjoy fast-faced & multitasking environment
  • Seasoned in facilitation and presentation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Experience
  • Minimum 6 years’ working experience, preferably in Corporate Training & People Development
  • Regional exposure in multinational environment
  • Experience in driving global/corporate project, and working with local operations/functions
  • E-learning and talent development experience would be an absolute advantage
  • Degree/ Master holder in Human Resources/ Training & Development/ Communication or other related disciplines
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
