Responsibilities

• Be fully responsible for assigned HR activities such as payroll calculation, MPF administration, Benefit Administration, Employer’s Return and Office Insurance
• Update HR system database for staff/ clients’ data
• Perform clerical duties including employment letters and staff correspondence preparation
• Work closely with other FIDINAM Functions to maintain high level of customers’ satisfaction
• Participate in assigned HR projects as required by the Management from time to time

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience
• Well knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and Taxation Ordinance
• Independent, Analytical mindset & well-organized with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
