The Job:

• Assist on client on-boarding and account maintenance.
• Maintain database for primary deals and FICC pitch book
• Consolidate daily sales & trading morning notes and recap
• Maintain client distribution list and help distribute daily news / deals summary etc to clients.
• Maintain high level of organization in a fast paced environment to coordinate sales schedules / travel, site visits, roadshows, client meetings and general office management.
• Regularly contact with internal and external customers is required to obtain, clarify or provide facts and information.
• Perform other duties, projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

We support local hire with solid relevant working experience in HK.

• University graduate with finance related majors preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in related field and industry preferred.
• Good command of English and Mandarin is necessary
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Good analytical skills
• Willing to learn, a self-starter, strong team spirit
• Pleasant personality, good and friendly attitude
• Proactive and pragmatic
• Organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced sale & trading work environment.
• Handle stressful situations and provide a high level of service in a calm and professional manner.
