Jobs responsibilities:

• • Direct report to Group VP
  • Lead the HR and Administration team for providing full spectrum of HR and administrative services at Factory in DongGuang area or Myanmar area
  • Perform all-round HR functions including manpower planning, staffing, compensation and benefit administration, training and employee relationship
  • Assist in formulating, implementing and reviewing HR and Administration policies and procedures
  • Oversee the administrative operations and office support services
  • Manage day-to-day office and factory operations and services, provide regular reports on time
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required
  • Work close with Head Office HR Dept.

  Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years relevant work experience with good exposure in PRC & Myanmar HR operation of which 5 years at managerial level preferably in manufacturing industry
  • Well versed in PRC or Myanmar labour ordinance
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese, conversational Mandarin.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and people management skills are essential
  • Able to work independently, initiative and energetic
  • Be a collaborative & mature team player, responsible, well organized, and high integrity;
  • Quick response and fast pace, able to work independently, multi-tasking with a “can-do” working attitude;
  • Station in Dongguan or Myanmar Factory is required.
  • Immediate available would be an advantage
