Responsibilities

• Develop good client and candidate relationship by identifying their needs in a business world
• Execute the full process of recruitment from knowing well clients' requirements, searching and approaching the right candidates, presenting comprehensive talent profiles to clients, serving both clients and candidates as partner relationship
• Achieve the assigned sales targets with strong pipelines

Requirements

• University graduate
• Experience in the recruitment industry preferred
• Fresh graduates welcome but with aggressive, self-motivated & good time management skills definitely a plus
• Sound knowledge of financial services industry especially investment & corporate banking preferred
• Excellent influencing & presentation skills to provide professional advice to clients and candidates
• Responsible and good analytical with detail-oriented mind-set
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
