The incumbent will

• Prepare billing reports and invoice to clients.
• Validate invoice from vendors.
• Prepare summary reports for management analysis – billing, customer service cases, order volume … etc.
• Handle customer inquiries from end-users as well as from clients.
• Co-ordinate and work together with various partner teams until a case is closed.
• Monitor CS cases to ensure service quality and provide suggestions and guidelines to improve.
• Supervise local teams to handle CS cases, check with Clients if needed,until they are closed. 

Qualifications

• Form 6 graduate or above with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in billing, book keeping, accounting, data processing, customer service, clerical or administrative support.
• Diploma holder/University graduate in business administration, marketing or operation with less years of experience will also be considered.

Desirable knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Well organized, disciplined and serious in meeting service levels.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel.
• Sensitive in numbers; currencies conversion.
• Excellent interpersonal skill and persistent in solving problem for customers.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin& Cantonese.
• Able to work independently yet a good team player.
• Mature, can-do attitude, self-motivated and responsible.
