The incumbent will

• Handle customer inquiries from end-users as well as from clients – by email and phone.
• Co-ordinate and work together with various partner teams until a case is closed.
• Monitor CS cases to ensure service quality and provide suggestions and guidelines to improve.
• Supervise local teams to handle cases, check with Clients if needed,until they are closed.
• Prepare CS reports and provide other clerical support when required.

 Qualifications

• Form 6 graduate or above with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, data processing, clerical or administrative support.
• Diploma holder/University graduate in business administration, marketing or operation with less years of experience will also be considered.

 Desirable knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Excellent interpersonal skill and persistent in solving problem for customers.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must).
• Well organized, disciplined and serious in meeting service levels.
• Able to work independently yet a good team player.
• Mature, can-do attitude, self-motivated and responsible.
• Diligent and detail-minded.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office especially Excel.
• Knowledge in common CS tool will be an advantage.
