Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide all-rounded secretarial and administrative support to Logistics department
- Perform general office administrative duties
- Handle daily correspondence, reports and other business documents
- Assist in ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Form 6 and above; post-secondary education desirable
- At least 1 years relevant experience
- Familiar with MS office and Chinese word processing
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Well organised be attentive to details and able to work independently
- A pleasant and mature person as well as a good team player
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Immediate available is preferred
