Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily HR operational and office administration support roles including arrange expatriate’s air ticket & hotel accommodation reservation, work visa, office renovation and relocation, office maintenance, record keeping and filing, etc.
- New Joiner on-boarding & Staff off-boarding process.
- Update and maintain HR information and data (e.g. regular update of leave records, MPF enrollment form, insurance, etc.)
- Arrange and coordinate staff functions for the team and assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Skills & Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in business admin or Human Resources Management, or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience
- Positive attitude, independent, self-motivated and willing to learn
- Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations are preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
